Where can I buy your products?

Authentic BUKFUL product is only available online from this website. Our products are not available anywhere else.

How long before my order is processed and sent?

Generally, your order should only take a two or three days before dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but only on the condition that your order has not been sent. If you change your mind on an order, we advise you to contact us immediately. Please quote your order number and desired changes when contacting us.

Will I have to pay any taxes or duties on my order?

This will depend on the Customs agency of the country being delivered to and whether the value of your order falls under the Tax-free threshold for import duties. We advise that all such taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. For more information please check with your local Customs office.

Many locations, most notably the UK, Australia, Canada will charge you Tax and Duty on imported goods from Slovakia/EU.

The US will generally only charge additional duties if your order is over $800 USD in value.

Payment 

We currently accept credit/debit card payments. Credit card purchases will be processed and authorized by Global Payments Europe, s.r.o. We do not store or see the credit card details.

Sorry, at this time we are unable to accept payment via cheque, bank transfer or any method other than those listed above. In Slovakia we can accept pay at delivery.

All payments are processed in € Euro. If you view the website in another currency, your order total will be converted to € Euro at the time your order is placed. The currency converter is provided as a guide only.

Eligibility to purchase

Purchasing products on BUKFUL is only available to individuals who meet our terms of eligibility. All purchasers must be over 18 years of age. All purchasers must have been issued with a valid credit card by a bank. The individual’s application to open an account must be acceptable to BUKFUL and the individual agrees to authorise Global Payments Europe, s.r.o. (on behalf of BUKFUL) to process the charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.

Furthermore, you agree that Global Payments Europe, s.r.o., on behalf of BUKFUL, may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Order approval

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received and your credit card has been charged.

Your card is debited at the time you submitted your order via Global Payments Europe, s.r.o. on our website. If your order has not been approved you will be notified immediately via our website.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Cancellation by us
At BUKFUL we will do our best to ensure your order is fulfilled. However, we reserve the right to cancel the order if one or other of the following circumstances apply:
• we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
• we do not deliver to your area or country
In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail, or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot fulfill the order we will re-credit your account immediately. BUKFUL will re-credit your account for the value of the goods and shipping only. BUKFUL does not reimburse any bank charges you may have incurred in the transaction.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Cancellation by you
If you contact us and the order has already shipped we cannot cancel the order. However if the order has not been shipped BUKFUL will happily cancel the order and credit your account.

Online Security

We use Let’s Encrypt SSL, the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information.
SSL encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser. You can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’. This means that you are in secure mode.

We practice safe e–commerce and do not store credit card details. For your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company to ensure your credit card is not being used fraudulently.
